- Co-founder of numerous businesses (e.g., ApproXie Urgent Care and Expansion Media Solutions), demonstrating a remarkable ability to launch and grow successful businesses.
- Cultivates key strengths (leadership, strategic planning, and forward thinking) instrumental to successful ventures.
- Received a BA and an MD from UAB, followed by an internal medicine residency.
Heather Howard
CRNP | Chief Experience Officer
- Extensive experience in the critical care setting with a proven track-record of producing prompt, high-quality care throughout the North Alabama community.
- Received Care Champion award multiple times testifying to her exceptional skills of delivering market-leading patient care.
- Excels in training & development and implementing processes to improve patient throughput and experience.
- Received a UAB Family Nurse Practitioner certification from UAB and received a BSN from Auburn University.
Elena Allman
MD | Medical Director
- Board-certified in Family Practice with over a decade of experience in urgent and primary care services.
- Excels in providing mentoring and continuing medical education to ApproXie's APPS.
- Completed her residency at UAB Huntsville and boasts General Surgery training in Europe.
