ApproXie Urgent Care is in-network with most major insurance providers, but some plans may require a referral from your primary care provider. Verify Your Urgent Care Coverage
To verify your primary Insurance plan’s urgent care coverage, call your Insurance provider’s customer service number typically found on the back of your card. Provide ApproXie’s Clinic NPI number and ask if your visit will be covered with your current plan. Additionally, some insurance providers have online portals or mobile apps that allow patients to check their coverage and benefits. If this applies to you, you may log into your portal or online account and search for ApproXie’s Clinic NPI number to see if your visit will be covered with your plan.

Insurance We DO NOT Accept
- Blue Cross Blue Shield plans beginning with BEG unless a primary care physician is designated
- All insurance plans that verify OUT OF NETWORK or no health/urgent care benefits
- Workers Comp
- Out-of-State Medicaid
*Everything is based on individual coverage at the time of service.
All insurance plans, excluding the ones mentioned above, are accepted but benefit determinations will be assessed at the time of service. If your deductible is not met, you may be asked to pay a $75 deposit towards your visit in place of your typical copay. All credits can be refunded once insurance has finalized your visit.
Self-Pay Office Visits
If you do not have insurance or your current insurance plan does not provide urgent care coverage, a self pay office evaluation costs $175.00.
